The process begins with a link that we send you that will help us to determine your preferred style, color theme(s), favorite furniture vendors...all that we need to create design options for your rental.
After you complete the questionnaire, we review it and then schedule a phone consultation to gather any additional info and determine next steps. Your responses to the questionnaire are invaluable in helping us to understand your vision and how we can we make it your reality so that you STR is highly profitable.
After our consultation, that's when we get to work. Based on your questionnaire and our consultation, we will create moodboards and/or floorplans for the desired spaces in your rental. Upon reviews, discussions and your final approval, the sourcing of those items begins.
We know that you have other obligations - personal and business so leave the shopping to us! We will shop the look for each space, creating multiple looks from which you can approve or disapprove. You can then leave the purchasing of the items or hand off the keys to us and let us take care of the ordering, delivering and even being available to work with delivery and layout. We can take on as much or as little responsibility as you would like for us to have after sourcing has been completed.
Wherever your STR is in the country, we can be there to work with the furniture delivery, accessory runs and placement, ensure that the layout is as planned and pull it all together for that final touch. We will work with your local receiving company for delivery times, return of damaged items, and white glove delivery services. Your STR will be ready to welcome guests! We absolutely love this part of the process and we have your back in ensuring that your STR is not only picture-perfect but a place where your visitors will enjoy returning to time and again, as well as referring others.
