Do my guest really care about the interior decor of my STR?
Absolutely! The look and feel of your STR can have a strong psychological affect on your guest – negative or positive. A relaxing, well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing environment will not only lead to a positive experience for your guests but also repeat visits and increased referrals.
I have properties all over the country and don't have the time to shop for them set everything up. Can you handle all of that for me?
Yes we can! No matter where your property is located in the US, we will set it up ourselves or negotiate for you a stager or designer in your area, working with local receivers and installers that we know can do the set up as well. We not onlu only set up design, but we can also install the kitchen items and organize toiletries and linens. We can even be available for utility hook ups and arrange photography.
I can shop for my rentals but definitely need some design guidance. Can you help with that?
Yes, absolutely. One of our most popular service offerings is e-design. We will create a detailed plan based on your vision that we learned from your questionnaire input and our consultation. That also includes your favorite stores! Our customized moodboards bring the entire look together and our 3D floorplan show you where everything will go. Our objective is to make this entire process easier and less time consuming for you.
I have existing furniture but it's stale and dated. It could a use a refresh. Can you revive it - give it a new look and life?
Yes! This is a popular request. We can revive your space(s) by making recommendations for replacement of artwork, flooring, specific furniture pieces – whatever is needed to bring new life to your rental.
We live in our STR for part of the year and then rent it out. Currently, older furnishings are in place but we do not have the budget to refurnish the entire home. Can you provide guidance so we can spend less and still make a great impact?
We absolutely LOVE working with what a client already has in their home. We can refresh your home for that big impact that not only will you enjoy but your visitors will LOVE!
